Requirements
- Degree required:
- Master in Physics and PhD in Physics or similar
- Additional requirements:
- Proven experience in the field of thin film growth, of physical-chemical characterization of materials, as well as good knowledge of typical materials science research topics usually addressed by atomically engineered ultra-thin film approach and complementarity of the latter with other experimental techniques. Experience in PLD technique and in-situ diagnostic RHEED will be well considered (even if not mandatory)
- Good level of English and some knowledge of Italian
