The offer @TASC includes a Cluster Beam apparatus that can be used for either in-situ deposition of clusters and nanoparticles, or for free nanoparticle experiments in a molecular beam. The cluster-beam source can be combined with characterization tools available in Trieste @ laboratories and @ large-scale-facilities Elettra and FERMI.

The UMIL LGM laboratory provides support to the offer by sharing experimental expertise and competence built on over one decade of experience in running cluster-beam experiments at large scale facilities.
